The Deep Aliveness of Silence
This retreat welcomes you to land in and absorb the wisdom of silence. You will spend the time from Friday evening to Sunday morning not speaking, in noble silence. We will have guided practices where the instructions are spoken, in addition to the long moments of total silence.
Seldom do we have the chance to experience the intruiging power of keeping silent and be open to curious and often meaningful things that arise. The harmonious space and surroundings of Villa Saga support us to rest in and digest the practices and information that arises.
The guided practices will guide us to explore and delve deeper into the possibilities of a silent practice.
